Captured Soul Photography proudly launched its inaugural Soul Squad Dance Ambassador Program in 2021, a unique initiative designed to support and celebrate the incredible talent within the dance community. This program offered a select team of dedicated dancers the opportunity to collaborate with us, receiving professional, high-quality photographs for their portfolios in exchange for their valuable support and advertising of Captured Soul Photography.

Wave 1 of the Soul Squad program was an unforgettable journey filled with creativity, camaraderie, and stunning imagery. The program encompassed a variety of exciting projects, providing our ambassadors with a diverse range of photographic experiences. Each dancer enjoyed individual portrait sessions tailored to their unique style and aspirations, ensuring they received images that truly captured their individual artistry.

Beyond individual sessions, the Soul Squad embarked on several dynamic group projects, fostering a sense of community and shared passion. A highlight of the program was our weekend-long camp out. This immersive experience allowed us to capture breathtaking shots in diverse outdoor locations, including the picturesque beach, while also providing a relaxed and social environment for dancers, parents, and teachers to connect and celebrate their shared love of dance. The camp fostered a strong sense of belonging and allowed everyone to truly enjoy the journey together.

The creative energy continued to flow throughout the program with themed group sessions that pushed boundaries and showcased the versatility of our ambassadors.

Halloween Haunts:

The Halloween session was a thrilling experience for the Soul Squad, as they embraced the opportunity to embody a variety of spooky and fantastical characters. With the help of a professional makeup artist, the dancers underwent stunning transformations, becoming everything from glamorous vampires to eerie ghosts to mischievous witches. The shoot took place in a dimly lit, atmospheric setting, adding to the eerie ambiance and creating a sense of mystery. The dancers fully embraced their roles, channeling their inner monsters and bringing their characters to life through expressive movements and dramatic poses. The resulting photographs were a perfect blend of spooky and stylish, showcasing the dancers' versatility and creativity.

The dancers channeled their inner Madonna or Michael Jackson, striking dynamic poses and showcasing their individuality. Jordan Matter Inspire

Captured Soul Photography is proud to have trained with renowned photographer and influencer Jordan Matter, whose work has been a profound inspiration for our dynamic and gravity-defying shoots. Inspired by the master himself, the Soul Squad embarked on a series of shoots that challenged their physical and artistic boundaries.
